Gate2Growth ApS (Gate2Growth) takes the responsibility for your personal data seriously and treats these data as confidential. We do not collect more data than are necessary for our provision of the agreed services to our customers.

This Privacy Policy applies to all natural persons whose data Gate2Growth processes as data controller.  
 

Storage of Your Personal Data
We store your personal data for the duration of your contractual relationship with Gate2Growth. If you cease being a customer with us, we will erase your personal data after the current year + five years in accordance with the relevant legislation.

As a general rule, we do not use consent in connection with the provision of our services. If you have granted your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any given time. You can do this by getting in touch with your regular contact.

If you have the right to have the processing restricted, in future we may – with the exception of storage – only process the data with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest.

Right to transmit data (data portability) 
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have these personal data transmitted from one data controller to another data controller without hindrance.
