THE CASE
The Sens4ME project aims to address the challenges of maintaining daily exercise and rehabilitation for elderly citizens, a demographic often associated with physical inactivity. By providing an ICT-based system, the project seeks to motivate and support elderly individuals through video and reminiscence-based training. This innovative solution bridges the gap between professional care organizations—such as hospitals and physiotherapy clinics—and home-based autonomy, enabling continuity of care.
Sens4ME is designed to be affordable and user-friendly, empowering elderly citizens to engage in consistent physical activity, ultimately improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

THE COLLABORATION
G2G focused on getting the foundation right by defining clear goals and aligning the project with the program’s expectations. We helped the partners in the project work seamlessly together, developing a commercialization strategy aimed at making a real impact in the healthcare sector.
Our input included breaking down the system’s business model, system components, and user scenarios into straightforward, easy-to-understand descriptions. To keep everything on track, we also outlined a detailed implementation plan to ensure the project had a clear roadmap to meet its objectives and deliver results.
