THE CASE
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) are a significant concern for workplaces and society, leading to substantial productivity losses and hefty costs. The current commercial solutions for preventing MSD have limited effectiveness, relying on personal experiences and preferences rather than data-driven, evidence-based approaches.
The ERGO-Connect project primarily focuses on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) consultancies. These organisations play a critical role in ensuring workplaces maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees. The consortium will conduct feasibility studies in various sectors and countries to maximise the ERGO-Connect system's potential and adaptability. Specifically, the project will focus on the smelter and heavy metal industry, as well as the renewable energy sector. These industries pose unique MSD challenges and require tailored solutions. The project aims to increase its market potential and ensure its wide applicability across various industries by exploring the ERGO-Connect system's effectiveness in these sectors.

THE COLLABORATION
When it came to ERGO-Connect, G2G was involved every step of the way. We guided the consortium through the complexities of the Eurostars programme and worked closely with partners to align their contributions to the project’s goals. Our main focus was on building a business case that showcased the system’s value for OHS consultancies, from detailed market analysis to revenue projections. We also designed a go-to-market strategy that ensured the solution would be ready to scale and make a real impact in the industry.
